  10. I seem to be suffering with this problem.  Has anyone upgraded the rom on
  11. their external 28.8 (11/30/94) and found that it solved this problem?  Even
  12. when connecting to USR's BBS, I find that there are fallbacks to 14.4.  Any
  13. thoughts on my predicament?
